Jay Walker's Cafe & Catering was founded in 2002 by Chef Jason Sotkovsky.
Jason has honed his craft in foodservice all his professional career in
various locations in and around the Geauga/Lake county area including
Glenda's Pizza in Concord, Heinen's Foods in Chardon and Fowler's Mill
in Munson. He knows all his regular customers by name and often
prepares their regular menu choices before they even order them! Chef
Jason bases his cuisine on great taste at a reasonable price
concentrating on fresh homestyle favorites.
Jason's brother, Chef Christopher Sotkovsky,
joined him in 2007. Christopher is a Certified Executive Chef and
Culinary Educator. His career has taken him all over North America
including Fennel Bistro in California, Cheesecake Factory in
Washington D.C., and The Inn at Honey Run in Millersburg, Ohio.
Previously to joining Jason at Jaywalker's he spent 10 years teaching
culinary arts at Pennsylvania Culinary Institute in Pittsburgh, PA.
Christopher's cooking mantra is "Fresh, Local, Seasonal"
